These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase through a draft order link provided by the M-Sport group of companies ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

A draft order link is an invitation to purchase. An order is formed when you complete payment or confirm a non-prepaid payment method (bank transfer, cash on delivery). We reserve the right to cancel orders if we cannot fulfill them, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.
All prices shown are in the currency stated on your order and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment methods available depend on the seller's configuration and may include credit/debit card (via Stripe), bank transfer, or cash on delivery.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier or logistics delays. Some items may be marked as "on request" and may take approximately 10 business days. We will notify you of any significant delays.
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU). Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also benefit from mandatory consumer protections under the laws of your country of residence.
